    I paid for an express delivery (9am-3pm the next day, an additional charge on top of the flowers I purchased). Knowing that my wife will leave our house past 3pm the next day. Unfortunately the flowers was not received by my wife as it was delivered almost 5pm. Likewise, sent an email/message & SMS in the morning to check and ensure that the flowers will be delivered before 3pm but I did not get any response or update.
