    Failed to deliver the flowers that I originally ordered and paid for. I received an email on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered that they don't have the exact flowers I wanted. It would have been nice to know ahead of time (2 or 3 days before) so I could pick up something else. :( The replacement flowers were pretty but not what we wanted.
