Yellow Blush

I ordered a bouquet of flowers featuring Red & Yellow Roses but the yellow roses must not have been available as Pink Roses were used instead. While I understand that substitutions are sometimes required, I chose the Red & Yellow bouquet due to the contrasting colors which is not very evident with a Red & Pink bouquet. A substitution with White or Orange Roses would have provided the color contrast of the ordered bouquet. Also a delivery time between 9am and 6pm is not very helpful and would be better broken down to say 9am to 1pm and 1pm to 6pm. The flowers were not delivered until 4:45pm which is a long wait. Lastly, I live in Australia and the delivery confirmation email was not received until 1:15pm the next day (Manila time) when the same day was expected.
